Mncwango Masenya Inc. Eagle courier services is dedicated to collecting and delivering legal documentation for clients such as law firms, advocates, financial institutions and other establishments. Due to us being an extension of a prestigious law firm, the MMI Eagle has an extensive and deep understanding of the importance of legal documents and the required legal processes associated with handling these documents. We guarantee punctual delivery of all legal documents while maintaining the expected standards of confidentiality.
The MMI Eagle team is highly experienced and equipped to tackle any challenges, while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and respectful working relationship(s) with each of our clients.
Our Services
MMI Eagle courier services offers use of an in-house online program, which ensures every document is accounted for and updated daily. We offer services as categorized, but not limited to, the following:
1. Court Processes
Collection, delivery and acknowledgement of all court related documentation with verified case numbers. All party details are recorded on the website courier services tracking system, to ensure that all customers are up to speed with the progress of their deliveries.
Our in-depth knowledge of all courthouse procedures enables us to offer the following services:
- Filing
- Recording
- Issuing
- Date Stamp Copies
- Court File Copying and Retrieval
- Direct delivery to Judges
- Process of Court Documentation Services
2. Location and Upliftment
We locate and uplift required files from any court within the greater Mpumalanga and Gauteng provinces.
3. Bulk Services
We offer customized bulk services at negotiable rates depending on the volume of documentation required to be delivered each month. Our bulk deals take into account the collective number of documents rather than type of document delivered, to ensure the best deals for deliveries exceeding the number of fifteen (15) documents. To qualify for the bulk services, the delivery has to be within one jurisdiction, e.g. each of the documents will have to be delivered for places within the Pretoria region, not 10 allocated for places within the Emalahleni region and the rest for the Pretoria region.
4. Deliveries to the Sheriff’s Office
Our Mission
To provide a safeguarded punctual courier service for all your required legal documents with the expected standards of confidentiality. We strive to be a reliable, dedicated and quality courier service for all fast-delivered legal matters.

These routes are interchangeable. A weekly schedule is posted on all Mncwango Masenya Inc. Attorneys social media platforms (as regulated through use of the law firm’s website) prior to each upcoming week.
Each courier tracked order is accompanied by the parcel tracking number, the vehicle’s identification number on the system and the driver’s details, including that of their contact details.
