Description

An Acknowledgment of Debt is a contract which both a debtor and creditor sign acknowledging that a debtor is indebted to the creditor and for how much as well as setting out the payment terms of paying off the debt owed. This type of document is best suited for companies wishing to enter or further specific contractual agreements, an individual wishing to enter into contractual agreement with an entity to which they have debts owed to, etc. Further explanation and advise on such will be done for the client via consultation, to be tailor made for each clients’ needs.
